Oh, that sucks so much. Wish i had a Marantz.
For the tunner knob, i think you need to replace the whole rod with another one.
Usually, the tuner knobs are basically just a rod with a rotary device on the other end. Open it and see if the rotary device does come out from the rod.
Since the other side is glued into the button, i think you can remove it by carefully drilling into it with a low rotation electric screwdriver. Cannot stress enough on the "careful" part.
