I took my Sanyo 9994 to my tech because there was no volume coming from the right hand side. He said i need an I.C and that the one i need is not available on his list of parts !
So before i start opening any up, would this I.C be in another Sanyo other than the 9994 that i could 'sacrifice' or can someone please give me direction as to where or how i can get one ?
Any help or direction towards getting it fixed would be great thankyou

hi aza well some sanyo that i know of use that part br532 the sanyo 9998 uses that one the 920
9975 those are some sanyos the panasonic rx-5100 i think is another one that uses that same ic there are maybe a few that uses it also but dont recall which ones--ther is a ic the br520 but not sure if this was the correct num would have to look it up at one time was used by sanyo but was superceded by the 532 you would have to modify the circuit to be able to use it and not sure if you could find that one so i guess your best bet is you find a junker or someone that may have a spare that they may be willing to part with i hope this helps

I was hoping a 'lesser' more common model Sanyo may be able to supply me with the part i need but i guess not.
I may have to post in the wanted section to find the one i want.
