Hi,I wondered wether the dt707 and the dt75,have the same amp? and whether it would be possible to fix my 707 with a 75 that i bought for spaires?

good question & guess what ? I dont know what Square Boombox's here that you are speaking of although these numbers sound like a footboall shaped bbx's that i have seen on here somewhere,,, perhaps if your were to use that handy - dandy little search thingy at the top of the page as it is very usefull :-) James

Don't know if he was intending to be a smart a** or not instead of not saying anything if he didn't know.
Welcome aboard and they use slightly different amps. Both use the bi-wire/bi-amped setup so they are designed for the speakers they have to drive. Check the part numbers between the two if you have a part unit as a spare if it is close you may be in good shape.
