I need your help please.
I put a tape into the deck , pressed play button , a click sound came and then ... nothing
.
Since this moment i can´t eject the tape inside anymore !!!
The tape or the mechanic seem 2 be stuck or so
.
What to do now ?????

I would say if you dont want anything messed up more than try and go in through back of box
You might need to manually spin the flywheel to release the gears. You'll definitely have to open the boombox to do that.

Any fuse inside, that could be blown?
Take a look which wheel (most with a belt) is for the eject or play function.
Maybe when turning it with the hand, it comes free...

Ist er komplett tot? Wenn ja schau mal in Sachen Sicherung!
Der Soft-touch Antrieb muss ja irgendwo einen Motor (meist mit Riemenantrieb) haben. Versuch mal ihn rückwärts zu drehen, vielleicht kommt er dann frei? Der Eject-Antrieb müsste dann ebenso händisch zu bewegen sein.
Zumindest bei Videorekordern ists immer so gegangen. (War bei Philips im Videoservice)

I am happy that it has been fixed.
borny if you ever run into that again try replacing the belt i have seen that happen to a few boxes and replacing the belt corrected that as it seems that under load if the belt is at its useful life or not the correct one they will slip and especialy the decks with electonic controls suffer the most once the seleniod has been activated there is no way to unlock once the belt has slipped or stopped all together, and most motors after repeated locking the motor burns up with voltage applied and not running....
