Ive tgot a Pioneer that needs belts. Anyone know of anybody who does repair of boomboxes. Anyone know of a source for belts? Thanks

A TV stereo repair shop might repair boombox's.
Try the local yellow pages.
Not many repair shops these days as most new stuff is throw away now.

Or pack it well and send/mail it to Frank in California...

Be carefull ... some repair shops are a bit careless bit this kind of radios ... so you need to be sure about the quality of the jobs performed at that shop.
