Yeah, I remember it well, can't remember much detail but there is apparently a ebay seller n germany who supplies the entire kit complete with foam surrounds and glue.  I know because I bought one myself and my PC-5 now works a treat and it turned out to be quite a tidy job.

What do you need to know anyway?  Maybe I can reclal some more detail.
