hi guys just got back my grey pc70 from a mates storage.....i seem to rcall when i first aquired it the deck worked fine on it,then after a while it swallowed a cassette and the auto reverse jammed on....on saturday i took the centre section to bits and managed to get the deck working again.....well on the mechanical side anyway!because you can hear the radio when its on,but when you switch over to cassette,the tape runs,ff and reverse are all ok,but no sound from the speakers......any ideas to the problems folks?

If it`s been stood, the selector switch will probably need some switch cleaner on it. Wiggle it back and forth a bit, see if if works?
