I have just received a super jumbo of ebay....

all eq sliders are none resonsive apart from one....the eq sliders themselves don't seem to be removable....The shafts (want of a better word) that the eq switches slide up and down on are black, not making any contact...please help guys...

I have tried cleaning the shafts with servicol spray and cotton buds to no affect

so...to cap it off none of the sliders bar 1 work..and I can't even turn the volume down, same cheap slider..
