As everyone once talked about on random Madonna blog's, she used the classic Disco Lite Boombox in her videos for "Hung Up" and "Sorry", as well she took it on her 2006 Confessions tour.

In the videos she had a Dynasty or BreakDancer model I believe. It's hard to tell because they covered the model name with black stage-light tape for the close up shots.  Even still the box looks just like any of the ones we've already seen here on the boards in the past.

Now just recently I saw this picture in a book from the Confessions tour, and I'm confused now....is this is a different model of the Disco Lite that I've never seen before, or did she have her's altered with extra lights added somehow?

No it's not digital effects, that shot was taken by her manager side stage, and you can also see the extra lights if you watch the DVD edition of the concert, or people who shot from their camera phones front row.
