Probably a long shot, but does anyone here own the Hitachi Trk-W2? I picked one up a short while ago at Goodwill, but neither tape deck works, as the belts have fallen off of the wheels inside. The belts are still intact & unbroken, but just looking at them, I'm not sure how to route them to get them back on the wheels.

same here,i used to have a Hitachi TRK W1E in the early 80s,they are a nice box,not the best sounding but nice enough,i'm sure these are a standard hitachi deck,they were used in W1E,,your Trk W2,Trk9100,Trk9300 and maybe others too..
