Hi, bought this unit at a fleamarket for 18 Euro. After cleaning it and changing the Pinch Roller everything works fine but one Speaker crackles and both speakers look very crappy.

Does anyone know which speakers i could use for replacement? They don't need to be original, may there are good car speakers that would do the job. Also i need new antennas, they both broke. 

Should work for summer...
