Anyone of a diagram on how to install it? Mine popped of and a couple of the pulleys broke but I can't seem to figure how to tighten it up/shorten the cord.  Thanks

sure some one will have a service manual with a diagram done a few length is important and patience also tape

I think I figured out the routing of the cord...I just haven't been able to figure out how to twist, tie, or get enough friction from the tuning dial on the cord to control it. 

So I think I got the cord in the right places but I can't get tension on it around the tuning knob.  I can wrap it around the back side of it a bunch of times, but it doesn't hold what so ever...does the cord get pulled through somewhere on the spindle? Is there a special way to knot it around the knob shaft?
