I have a problem with the cassette mechanism.

it's like getting stuck. if I press the upper buttons on the left like there's a cassette inside and door closed, it works ok. I can hear sound and reverse works. but forward and play works for a few seconds then stops and turns back to the reverse side of the head.

hope someone understood. it's like trying to play backwards.

when I put a cassette in, nothing works. it gets stuck like in the video and when I press Rev or Frw nothing happens.

once you have pulled on the cassette door you will have to split the box apart to get at the deck, pulling the door bends a lug on the right hand side of the deck and it wont play anymore , change the belt and straighten the lugg { its ok its metal } chances are it will be fine .

remove the outer cassette door..by opning gently.and lifting upward....then you will be able to lower the head manually by hand....do not just pull on the whole cassette door...as you may snap the head like i did.....but the outer cassette door is easy to remove....then follow my good sir de'lls instructions........rebelting it is quite easy...good luck
