About 3-4 years ago a Company came out with a $3,000  table top /office size  machine that off of a regular computer,Can make any thing out of a hard plastic The T.V. show American Chopper had one they made toy like copies or prefab models of their bikes. I don't know the name of the machine But I will find out and post It works like a old school copier slowly goes back and forth layer after layer My point is could no a Conion door be reproduced??? I see so many units without the door.  When the pop up $100.+ I will post. Name of machine when I find it. It's the size of a movie theater popcorn popper looks like that too might have been close to$3,600
