Hello, Does anyone have one, or know them well enough to say whether a 110/120V JVC PC55 is likely to be switchable to 240V?  I am not averse to changing a transformer but a switch (perhaps hidden behind the cover near the mains socket?) would be rather easier!

the voltage is switchable 240/110 on some models but there is b,c,d,l,w so will need to know the exact model   nick
