nice project the boombox looks like a distant relative of certain sonys of the 90s (CFD-S05, ZS-RS09CP and the likes). although i prefer the classic square format, i find that these units have an elegance of their own. i wish i could even conceive a project like yours. very well done, congratulations!

Is this I wonder designed to be a Sports model (box is sealed inside and the speakers suggest shower proofing (Hydra) for outside use...

actually i love this model just the way it is, white grills and all.
