last week end i opened up a zx-7 mini boombox.

it was a heavy lot of work to extract the drive mechanism from the rest of the housing.

without a servive manual it would have been almost impossible for me.

so here are some pics from the inside:

That looks like a nicely put together machine.  Sony's tend to be quite well thought out inside but the ZX-7 is quite small and probably very tightly packed.
