my quick review of the tdk 3 speaker boombox (warning DON'T BUY second hand RUBISH of the bay) if you plan to use usb...Boombox is now DEAD due to failed firmware update....BOOMBOX NOW FIXED READ HOW AT BOTTOM OF THREAD

Figure it had something to do with flash drive, or computer when you told me second new one failed after flash. Glad to see that nothing was wrong with first one etheir after all. Sure sound better thur USB now with newer frimware.

Cheerz si.....not sure if you want to get one now but i recommend it even after my fiasco as it wasn't TDK's fault but my other computer.....For anybody with an m90 im not sure there is a need but this does sound better...anybody without an m90 that doesn't want a kaboom i recommend one now guys

All i can say is THANKS to everyone i dont think in 15 years i have had a thread this big....si maybe look at getting a second hand one but just make sure via seller the usb port is ok...failing that it has you're standard jacks lad... Keith get another....hell it saves carrying her from one place to another....perfect excuse lol

How did i do it......first off i bricked my second TDK (not deliberate) rather stupid of me
death was looming at my door at this point....tried over and over the second TDK was dead......
Long story short i dug out another computer....and tried again....First i tried my new TDK holding my breath for the last time expecting jack shit....i went through the process re downloading firmware etc.....stuck it on my flashdrive.....hit the upgrade as stated in this thread....10 seconds later on came the screen stating upgrade complete..turn off power..(my heart was pounding at this point) turned off power pulled the plug and then reboot....everything flipping normal fixed...i couldn't belive it because before this point i was sitting with £600 worth of dead boomboxes....onto the first tdk expecting nothing i repeated the process.....now i have 2 working TDK.....I can't believe it after trying for days and nothing.....there BOTH working perfectly... so as expected im over the bloody moon
i had a call from a very excitable reno yesterday saying he has fixed one of his tdk boxes and i was made up for him,he said he was now going to try the other one and would let me know the outcome,at that point i was expecting good news and of course it was,he called back absolutely jumping for joy

Maybe my brain does not compute lol...god only knows my friend as the other computer works for everything else....both computers are practically the same spec
