Had this speaker for a while now and have been using it at university in my room, all was well then put them in the car to take home at the end of the term. Set the box up in my room back at home and all has gone wrong. they weren't bashed at all in the car and nothing was packed on top of them.

The problems;

The volume knob when rotated doesnt effect the volume, the speakers still play but only though my aux cable and at one volume which is a relatively low one. When the speakers are playing if the volume knob is rotated all the way to zero, which would normally turn them off, the volume just stays the same and the light inside the volume knob stays on.

None of the touch sensitive buttons on the front of the box are responding so i can't take it of AUX.

The screen on the right hand side of the box isn't lighting up at all so i cant tell if the right hand knob is responding.

Any help is appreciated, hope this all isn't too confusing.

Sorry To hear about your TDK 3. I have one buy I have not had any Problems with it. Have you unpluged it while it was on. Wait a while then hook it back up. Turn On. I do this with My TDK 2 cause some times the touch panel wont respond

What About The firmware up date. have you tried to install the latest one again. If that dont Work. its done. Had it happen to my First TDK2. It just Stop Responding. Went to do update and it Died. It was Cheaper for me to get another one
