I cleaned the little idlers, for FF/RW today, as, they were non working. Blimey, i realise, i am not able to do this type of thing anymore, but, reading all the stories, about you guy`s fixing your boxes, spurred me on. Just wished, i`d have sprayed some contact cleaner in the volume pot, it`s crackling like hell.

I should have done hugo, because, i tried to polish the front perspex with T-cut, big mistake. Anyone who has one, use proper plastic polish, as, t-cut, eats into the plastic, and, clouds it up. I got some of that maguires polish, off ebay. 1 hour of polishing, and, it`s back to normal. Phew, talk about sweat.

Nice to see you working on boxes again Rich....me i just use a sledge....or wd40 haha

i am with Reno,  and yes the maguires thing is good for polishing any clear plastic.
