just tried to post up a vid but it won't upload??? 

how do i do this?

is it a YouTube vid?  If so then click on the film icon when replying the cut and paste the urlof your youtube page in the 'file/url' box

Ahh, well, you're going to have to upload it somewhere first (eg YouTube)  sadly there isn't space to host it here.  Does that make sense?
