I found these beauties over a period of time...my first one is a jvc pc-5....a little rough around the edges but the price was right...plus thrift store had a shopping deal...30% off...so I paid ten bucks for this thing....just repaired the surrounds of the speakers...I hear these things are famous for surround rot .....[URL= [/URL][URL= ][IMG]

my second find was a sony cfs-9900 for $7.99...this thing is minty and the only issue was for this thing was blown internal fuses[URL= SRC="[url=http://%5BIMG][URL= ]

gotta love these two beauties -- got em both in my collection too!

the 9900 is a pure wonder - i love the sound out of this rather tiny box!

Also love the PC-5 - but mine still needs new surrounds

on a side note - i see that your PC-5 is missing the cover for the controls

thanks for the resonses guys...yeah, kid, another thing the pc-5 is famous for is the weak door that hides the controls for the deck...oh,well..not my real concern...just right now , gotta get the dead deck going, good ol'' clean-up and speaker boxes nees new grey plastic panel around...she sure sounds really nice...bassier than the pc-55

Hi gagaeyes very nice box's and the price surreal i am diggin that sony I had a FH-10W and A FH-33 Back in tha day And i alway's had a thing for that type of style,only sony could give.Thank's for view.

Hey guys, sorry about the late responses...but thanks for the responses...I think they are apm types..doesn''t say on the speaker boxes themselves but the bass speakers are...I will post more pics of those two boxes...the pc-5 has the missing control cover...I''ve seen another one minty before from someone else and the plastic seems fragile for those covers..another famous issue with the pc-5...
