Bendycat's boxes so far ! Please sir can i have some more

Right been on here since march and i guess that's when i started collecting - picked up a couple of boxes and look out for a site to help me out with them on Wink

as a kid we all went up the park and had a box blasting out tunes - we all felt it was cool to have a big old box next to us

well now that i'm older i guess i can now have more than one box and as i can get some of them cheap, i started to get a few more - well i had a count up as i had to move a couple around and picture some - well is 83[b] too many yet Frown Laugh Out Loud

some are in great condition - other need a little care - some big and some small Nod Yes there not all gonna stay with me as i have to thin some out, got a mate that has some more put by for me Wink

I love the fact that both of our Hitachi 3D collectors live in Surrey.

BC, where in Surrey are you exactly, I'm down in East Grinstead & am having a bit of a clear out of non-working/parts boxes if you're interested.

Tell you what bendy,wish i could pick up nice boxes as easy and as cheap as you are doing..

Thats amaizing,took me nearly 20 years and a whole bunch of cash to get the boxes i`ve got..

trying to sort out pic's and a location - trying to clean them at the same time as every thing else - no easy Laugh Out Loud


I would like to get some more of the bigger boxes, but as ghetto blaster are becoming more known as money on the carboot/dump scene, it getting harder to keep it quite

and of corse there not always in the best condition when i get them in - this is one negitive when not buying from a dealer/collector - but some turn up in great condition, just need a little hard work on the cleaning side Wink

collecting must be in my blood Nod Yes shame i just do it with money Laugh Out Loud

Out of all your collection, which one stands out as far as bass and overall sound fidelity?

for a creamy rich sound you can't beat the Panisonic RXDT680 - beastie boys sound so sool on it

and the Sharp 9494 has a good sound for crankin it up and looks the best
