What speakers did you use to replace the originals?
nice peice.....on the subject of 777`s....i am after replacing the pot board that houses the mic, echo, balance etc.....its afecting the vu`s
cant seem to get one and dont fancy trying to repair it with that silver resin norm was on about...got any ideas gm

Hi eddy the outer bass..i replaced them with the white ones,which are sharp out of a Gx250...the origonal 777 speakers were 4 ohm 4w,i think max watts was 7w,the ones i replaced them with are 4 ohm 25w..they sound x100 louder and bassier,and i think they look alot better...

yes your right mate,got it very cheap..i bought something a while ago for £50,i kept it for a while and got bored of it,and swapped it for this,i like it,and it sounds kool..
only thing is,about 5 people have been in my house in the past 2 days,and they all says it looks crap..but i like it so frakk em...

they probably value a new argos ipod dock over anything with actual sound kwolity.
ignore those sorts - the rest of the world knows a 777 is sick as, its not like you need to go far to find proof that theyre desirable

Mmm. It could be jealousy or it could be lack of taste. I think Pioneer is right.
The 777 has sentimental value for me so I'll always drool over them. Now I have the problem of trying not to become a collector like the rest of you guys. That would become a real problem, both maritaly and financialy.
