nice early jvc, from about 1976 or so-back when boxes were smaller, but were made like tanks and sounded as good as their '80s counterparts.some people overlook the 70s boxes due to certain styling, and the fact that they are smaller, but i say dont-there were some cracking smaller boxes of the 70s-the jvc rc838 is one in point-id still love to own one of these!

unless your talking about the c**p you was picking up at the booty,s over the last 12 month
and that,s not a personal attack on your nice jvc GEOFF, i just wanted to say to andy v that you can,t really compare them mid 70,s boxes sound to the more advanced peak of the golden era of boxes
