I have to agree, it reeks of quality, and is of a very solid construction. I think it's a better quality box than the Sharp GF-777, cause the 777's brushed aluminium finish around the tuner is painted on. The Panasonic's is real aluminium. It's a heavy unit for it's size also. My only complaint about the box is it's very noticable lack of bass. I don't think the bass is that bad at all. Granted, it doesn't have as much as an M70 or TPR950, but it's got more than a GF8989 or RX5150. I would say that it has as much bass as a 9191, but with a lot more precision and clarity.
