A minty G&E 3-5252, in the original box, no manual. I paid $25 at a garage sale.
http://i13.photobucket.com/alb...JDMjosh/IMG_2684.jpgA minty Sanyo MCD300 ($10 garage sale) and a minty Crown SZ-5100 ($20 back office from a crane-trucking company I worked for years ago. It was his desk radio, covered in an inch of dust.)

Yeah i got to agree, the crowns are kool..i've had mine for a few years, the only thing thats ever gone wrong with it is the belts and bad contacts on the controls, but quick spray with the contact spray, and its all good again..
Hmm andy,you got a 777 and Wx1 ??
Thanks guys! Yeah the Crown is sexy. That was my first box...
The others are meh. But you gotta start somewhere right?
AT the very least, everything is pure mint. No missing buttons, all functions work, etc..
Rock on..

nice start there man!!
i love them 80's CD-Boxes - great score with the Sanyo.
and well - gotta love the looks of these crowns and at some time i also liked the sound of these on some tunes
Thanks guys! The box from the GE really sets it apart.. I wonder what happened to the original manual lol
The Sanyo is great! I used it just last night to listen to some local late night radio and the sound quality is amazing. I moved it from the living room to our bedroom to keep it functional...
I have some more additions that I'll have to add on here. Not as minty as my original three, tho.,
