SONY CFD-755L, measuring a whopping 70cm, a quite promising unit with bass! Its let down by the flimsy speakers though... :




Am i right when i say the small 2-incher is the bass driver? Cuz i really would say it is... (i do not own a long enough screwdriver to open the speaker enclosure) so here is a quick upgrade:



I can crank the volume till the amp distorts, quite nice sound too before that...

excellent, a "mutant" boombox I have a similar one. A aiwa CA-100, with Sony FH7MKII speakers

But can you carry it?

A couple rolls of duct tape and off you go!
