The 9998 are a beautiful box and the sound is really deep and crisp. It depends on how much he was asking I guess but in my opinion these are worth a good £150 of anyone's money. One of my favourites and a definite keeper, they just ooze quality.
i cant remember what he was asking but it was more than £150 for sure!

really nice looking box but i think it would be awsome if it was't upside down!

Thanks guys.
Don't forget you can right click and "view image" to get a big clearer picture.
dave, when i picked up my last m90 the guy had one of these for sale,it sounded very good for it's size,he was asking a bit to much for it but well worth picking up if you get a chance for the right money
Be warned though, one of the toughest belt changes around.

i once had the 9998 and i agree it oozes quality and sound is fantastic.
i got rid of mine because i just hated the big feet on it
that aside the panny is a dream box, how does it sound Dave??

Yeh LL the National sounds sweet.
The good thing with those 9998 feet are that they come off really easily, just a couple of screws, I had to take them off to give it the once over.
