Hey thanks, it was silver when I got it..  Purchased it from the original owner in excellent condition, and disassembled it the first week I had it so I could paint it Candy Apple Red..

I love the red GF9000 even though i don't believe in modifying

Drooling over some of these early collection pics.

Looking from page 1 you'll see former member Royal's awesome collection plus an early pic of UK member Litfan's stash (carpets and doilys to boot).  Happy memories of the early days of S2Go collecting.  Still can't find that pic of Zimmies collection from 6 years ago.  I remember using that as my wallpaper at work.  Who remembers Brian's shed full of three-piecers, there must have been 400 units in there?

I kept the Sony CFS D7 (I have two actually - I have a soft spot for that model)

Stereo Mad had the Telefunken, Crown and Hitachi 8600

Some nice chap in Eat London on this forum had the GF555

The JVC P5 went up north to another lovely member

A lot of the boxes I sold out here in the USA -coz they pay more
