Very nice Docs, the DC-7 has to be one of the heaviest and deepest boxes ever produced. The antenna mounted on the handle was very innovative at that time. I used to listen to one of these for many lunch breaks over the years.
I have one these it's a great box, but so so heavy, and with the batteries all on one side making it even harder to carry. It does sound very nice shame it doesn't have bass and treble controls though.
Yes, I remember push button tone controls.

iv'e heard that box and believe me, it does'nt need sep bass and treb controls

Yeah congrats Doc, it does sound great I really like mine, I just think it deserved more than high and low push buttons that's all

That's a nice box, docs. Congrats. Makes me kick myself for passing on a DC33 at the flea market. It only had a few equalizer sliders missing. Oh well.
