I thought I would post a picture of two brothers of the same color that were brought together today... A JVC PC-550 from Stuball and a JVC PC-M100 from Skippy1969. I unboxed them both today... and let me tell you... it was hard work... both Skippy and Stu packed as if the boxes were to be dragged behind a truck the entire journey to my house. EVERYTHING was taken apart as far as it could possibly be... and then EVERYTHING was wrapped individually in multiple layers of bubblewrap. And then packed in a box with more bubblewrap and in the case of the heavy 550.... double-boxed... with more packing. Great job guys! It is very refreshing to see class-act packing jobs!

Sometime I am going to take some better pictures of my collection, but I could not resist throwing up a quick one for these two. I might have to update it when my RC-550 with the white woofers shows up....

Hey! You got the PC-550 with the OS69 mod Stu put on it! Nice! You'l definitely hear a difference! Congrats!
I don't have another 550 to compare it to (maybe someday), but I do have a couple of 55's. (haven't done a side-by-side yet) I like the mod, I can say the sound is very rich and deep and it has a completely stock look. Nice job to Stu and nice job to OS69 for coming up with the mod.
