Im new to the site and im excited to start collecting boomboxes like you guys. Im 16 so Im kinda new to this stuff but I love 80s ghettoblasters and I crave for more for my collection

I don't believe equalizers were very common on boxes of that vintage.Most collectors around here highly value those boxes old enough to have sharp angles like your Realistic.That is one I would like to add to my collection.Great find!

Welcome! I know that Realistic is quite the rocker!! My friend had one and he brought it to work when we both worked in a battery factory and you could hear it above all the presses and machinery running clearly! Very nice!
