Yesterday i took a few pics of my old LASONIC in the garden.
Last in this condition.
The dead tapedecks will be parted out, the radio i hope can be repaired.
In summer i will try to start a custom project with it...

i think i have that missing knob

@JLF: The old scooters in the back are only scrap.
Partspender for my restauration project...

@sinister: The knob is stored in the batteriebox.
But the switch inside is broken to pieces...
Must be a weak point from the 931´s.
This time it´s shortcircuited to play radio

I think it´s the money worth!
But "worth" is always different in the eyes (or ears) of the people.

The sound is compareable with the old 931, i think so.
But always remember, those LASONIC´s are not high class hifi-units. They are looking imposing and sounding quiet good, but a friend owns a modern looking unit that sounds so as well. For a 1/3 of the price.
And some "tube-blasters" owns more bass power, resulting in the different construction.
But remember: You are buying a "future-grail"
It´s like scootering.
Do you only drive a scooter - or a VESPA!

But take a short (or longer) look through this forum, and you will find some threads about the 931i ! Then make your own mind of it..
