Woke up Saturday morning at about 7am to some heavy down pure and decided to go back to sleep, then around 9am I was asked by my wife to hit the market and grab some eggs so I stopped at the flea to see what I could find and....

Does it work?

I was using it 5 seconds after I got er in the house original cord and all

there are a few issues with it but between the three that I have I can build two really nice units and still have a large lot of bits

It's got a nice crack in the tuner lens, the belts are snapped, some of the trim is coming off and will need new adhesive, It's not picking up the FM Stereo signal all that well, the spring from the cassette storage draw is popped or possiable broken ? The tuner lens lighting is out and it seems to be in record mode causing the red record LED to malfunction and some of the chrome guards are pitting but it's still my fav of the bunch. I found it locally paid a very nice price for it and can handle most if not all of the above mentioned so all things said and done I'm a super happy camper

Wow! She's all gussied up and ready for the dance. I was jamming mine today to a bunch of 70's hits while cleaning up the house. I had it so loud, I could hear it from every room. I even walked across the street to make sure I was 'disturbing the peace' These are loud! Great find BTW. So, Bobby won a conion cassette door right?

Yes the top looks sealed...have you checked the bottom of the box? Hopefully this will also be sealed too...
