Thanks floyd, i owe you also for the tech advise that you gave me this week...to be able to have the GUTS to take apart my Conions and change trim pieces, and to clean them all up. They look much nicer in person

For newer members that don't remember me from before, i just want to let you know that i found most of these Conions in the wild and from my good contacts across north america...only 3 came from e-bay, and 1 of the 3 was from a member here!

jimski, I only have 4 Conions...2 that i found in my city (including the Gold C100) and the other 2 were shipped. I have one Helix that i purchased from S2G member johnnychillfactor (where are you BTW ) and the rest are all Clairtones

I might as well quit my search for a Conion/Clairtone/Helix. There's some sort of black hole vortex in Canada that seems to suck them all up there.

I have some REALLY good contacts here in Canada...no need to mention their names they know who they are so this helped me a lot...they were lucky enough to find the Conions before me . Wow!! The most I saw in one place till now was my brothers 2 he had a silver and gold back in the 80s.

he might be willing to help remove that clown off the front !!

with that super blue jacket --and YOU in the shot --it makes it the un-matchable CLASSIC --

Yeah, imagine - if the economy was in great shape - selling the silver Conions for $800 each + shipping on eBay. That's $12000 (of course, not including shipping). Sell the gold Conion * for $1500... what the hell - $2000 'cause the chances of ever finding one bein' sold on eBay DO NOT exist... Simply put, that's a boatload of money!

EDIT: Whoa, I miscounted and discounted 2 silver Conions... Better make that $13600 for those.

* Not that I would ever sell the gold Conion. In fact, if I owned one and somethin' happened at my crib while I was here, that'll be the only box I grab on the way out!

Ever seen that US cable show, "Antiques Roadshow"? I'd love to see him wheel those into the showroom and have them appraised. One of us should be there as the experts. Hope you have some insurance on those babies.
