Hello everybody,
I'd kinda forgotten about our beloved hobby. But after seeing Ghetto68's collection. It got my juices flowing again. I found this in my local classifieds. Not in the greatest "looking" condition, but everything works great

100bucks Canadian, can't go wrong

Best part, it came with the Original strap

Now I was wondering, how hard would it be to remove the insides and change it with my other M70, that's not working? Any help would be appreciated

I wish the insides were like that on some of the boxes I've worked on, some are too crammed full for you to do any work on them!
Nice score, Carvin.

Maybe the chrome was worn away and he covered it up?

I know, that's why I want to switch the "Bodies". Hopefully it's not that tough.
But otherwise, this thing is amazing. No static at all in the controls. Both antennae are perfect. And the strap. I know that's rare

just look for the blue screws. i think those hold the inner body on. thats all you need

Great score there Carvin! Glad to see you got the "juices flowing" again

I wish I could find treasures like that in my area.

Thanks Fuzz.
Best part was, the guy selling on-line wasn't "greedy". He had like 30 emails for the boombox. The first guy didn't show up, so I was the second guy. People like that are one in a million nowadays
