Found this sitting outside on trash day 2 weeks ago. Missing one antenna, one CD button. Otherwise is in excellent condition. The front still has the protective plastic on it!!!! Who would throw out such a gem??? The 1st in my collection. Sorry, new here. Not sure how to upload pics. Hopefully it will show up over there in my avatar...... ?? John



Sorry..... the model is a Lasonic TRC- 975. NO.. NO CD player. Just a CD input. Stay tuned for pics of my 2nd piece, a Lasonic 920. Just found out my neighbor has one. I'll be taking it off his hands soon, cheap.

Congrats on your new find John...What is the make and model number of the box? Pics are nice, but they are not exactly necessary, unless you are selling something

This way, we can look up the model number, etc on Google Images, etc. You say it has a CD player? It sounds like a late model, post 1989..

I have a nice JVC from 1989, I want to say it is a PC-R something...I got it at the Salvation Army thriftstore, the CD player doesn't work but it is loud and heavy!

I finally saw a pic of the 975, and I was floored by that...they just THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE!??!!? That is almost as bad as the paintcan full of pennies I found in the trash: apparently the guy throwing it out never heard of Coinstar!

That netted me 86$. Nothing like finding money that is thrown out, but a Lasonic is waaay cooler. (Unless you find like 4 grand in a bag, then thats pretty rad)
