A few weeks ago i was at holiday at lake balaton (hungary).
With me the little PHILIPS roller2.
At the city of Keszthely is something special.
The castel "Festetics".
It owns in a part of it a nostalgic Radio+TV museum.
Before: it´s nothing blastifico!
But i hope you enjoy this collection, made with much love of the owner, too.
So let´s go to the city.
Some reclam is posted:
And here it is:
So let´s go in....
Here a lot of old trannys:
Some nice phono-furnitures are there too:
The collection at the lower floor is mixed:
Nice old televisors:
So let´s go to the upper floor:
Many woodies and trannys are stored here:
A real phono-dinosaur:
Again trannys:
Some of them still interesting:
A lot of recordplayer and magnetophones are there too:
Most electronics are ORION, UNITRA and other eastern brands...
At least the one and only real "boombox" i found there:
At the way back to the hotel i´ve seen this:
Poor pink panther. But he loves boomboxes too.
I hope you enjoy the short trip in the pre-blaster time.
The museum is a visit worth.

Very cool, I've never been in one of these radio museums.
Nice photo reportage Roman.
Thanks for sharing.
Your first/oldies music cassettes
That museum is going to be repeated in about 40 years time all over the world when several of us start charging folks to view our collections in the attic!

I saw some models there that I wouldn't mind owning - and that turned-on TV as well.
Thanks for posting.
