oh yes the aiwa 880
it needed a bit of cosmetic work and now its looking good, it still needs a set of original aerils with post and a set of original speakers.
now there is only 4 on my most wanted list, M90, GF9696, conion 100, jvc rc550

sounds sweet , just not sure if it shoud be a little bit louder. the drivers are 35w each, do you know what they should be on a set of originals

did you put the side trims back on with glue - or the 2-side tape ?

glue im affaid, tape didnt work to good,

oops - sorry geoff , i forgot to tell which tape brand
no biggie -- you got them off before -and you can do it again --if/when you find some drivers that you like better.

i just looked up cs88 in the bbdb --and it has the very dark (NOT silver) grills -- as like geoffs --
