This was probably my best find "out in the wild" so far. It was a filthy non-working pig when I found it at a local Goodwill. Now cleaned and fully serviced, it is one of my favorite boxes. If you have been inside one of these before, you will know that replacing belts and servicing in general is pretty much a bear and it was not engineered to be "user friendly" but worth every minute spent in my opinion. Delivers a fantastic clear sound for it's size with more than adequate bass and although most boxes with clocks on them are blah IMO (with the exception of the Clairtone 7979) this one adds a bit of classiness to that scene. Although the main battery compartment was clean the battery for the clock was left in and the tab basically disinegrated so I made the repair by cleaning what was left of the old connection and adding a spring. Well, I hope you enjoy the shots. I am also practicing photography a bit too w/ lighting and all.
