Found these last saturday, everything works on the Lasonic...tapes dont work on the black Beats!

in your picture there above dont like either one - I even have the smaller silver one around here somewhere - just like in your pictures above... - just really dont like that model Lasonic 922 or is it 920 whatever... - either ...

i love both of them radio's cholo,if i saw any of them in the wild i would grab them,i do like the 920,but i would'nt be upset if i ended up with the other one..they are both nice !!

I realy like the Lasonic 920, the other one magnasonic is too big but still very loud. it has a disco light that goes with the rythm of music...will probably resell it.

i have some of the big black  models -- the 931 and the 975 --

my favorites are that 920 and the similar sounding 918

you should keep your 920 -- for sure

Have Five ( 5 ) of the L30's or L30 k whatever , 2 set's or four of the speaker's that have the little led in one location opposite the tweeter in that speaker configuration...

Third from the top in the Center stack is the Lasonic LPC-85 Gold Edition - My Favorite one out of the lot of them

The one above it is a LPC-81, and

below my Favorite is a LPC-85-Regular-gray-color-model,

and below that is a LPC-82 ,,,, Not having the 4-band eq like the 85's do but only having just bass+treble

the rest just ask...

I can do that for ya. Right now I have a couple pics of stacked lasonics and another one with more boomers.

The 935/951/975 are all the exact same size, the 920 and 922 are about the same, and I have to see how the i931 compares yet.

sorry,i know some dont like these cheapo boxes but i'm just a sucka for them,i'm a big fan ! they just look so nice,i need a JC2000 in my life too,and that barchetta in the bottom centre is a Monster !!! its even wider than the wheely thats on top

there is a word that some of us use in uk for something that big,its called fadumph,eg,that barchetta is a fadumph box = massive = humongous = fadumph lol..

I too am not a fan of the big empty black boxes either, but they LOOK FANTASTIC! I would prefer a really pretty box, with only decent/mediocre sound than a silver box that is "claimed" to be a real good listener. I have been let down by too many silver boxes, but their build quality is usually better than the black ones.

i know what you mean about the black boxes,they can be abit low on sound quality,and even having 8" bass does'nt disguize the poor sound,i have hurd lots of boxes with 8"bass and they cough and splutter,but then i have boxes like the Jvc Pc-5,it has 4" bass and it kicks their ass,the pc-5 speakers are only small but they are powerfull and tight,and the amp and speakers boxes are well made..

Still would like a fadumph Jc2000 though,just for the experience of it..

So sometime before this date ( 24 Oct) I went looking for This Lasonic TRC-920 single cassette deck October 24, 2011 4:20 PM Cause I could NOT find it - so this is the date and time I have to go backwards from ( October 24, 2011 4:20 PM ) Or before this time and date  to try to remember - just when i remember seeing his boombox last...

 and whatever else may be missing
