Hi ,

I been thinking about a showing of the worlds'most ugly boxes , then i realized that what is ugly to some is not ugly to others , any way i recently found this Aiko RTR-9900 is it ugly?, i'll let You decide, has great graphic leds, i have a weakness for lightup boxes , and most of them seem to be from the decline era of boxes when they went the elcheapo way to plastic and lights to sell them.

When this box was first sold they boasted 300 watts power output i seriously doubt it , although it is loud, have gander and tell me what you think

hey man, this is a beautiful machine.

i can see that is cheap as hell but in my eyes it looks very nice.

I actually like this design, it looks balanced and well thought out for a cheapish black box.

How can anything named a 'Aiko RTR-9900' not be ugly?  Though slightly tough on the eye, there are uglier boxes.

i think it's a decent looking box, iv'e seen far worse, and like you BBA i'm lovin the led's

It is not even near ugly, like them chrome speaker "rims"

its the sort of box my freinds would gravitate towards even if it was next to my m70 or my mx920

looks quite ok imho....stickimg my neck out....but it could possibly sound better than the m70 imho...although i doubt it has the clean power of the m70...just my pennies worth

I like it! I've seen far worse at boot sales

Most likely it sounds rubbish, and vibrates the chassis at only 3 on the volume dial. 

Overall it's not bad looking, but the "iron cross" tweeter grills ruin it.

It actually sounds very good even at high volulem , the grills do look a bit like  iron crosses , never noticed it before
