If you are talking about hte mystery toggle switch it doesn't look original. could be a ground lift maybe to eliminate a ground loop hum?

yes did that exactly the function is because if I kill these changes only the rustle in speakers and it runs but nocrmal further (but why the old owner installs something?? can I find the fit not go there :-(
