This was delivered today from the the good ol US of A.

It needs a good clean but other than that its totally as decribed. No missing parts, no damage, just grubby. It works perfectly on FM pulling in stations nice an clear, also works great through the Aux. Have not tried the tape but it ws advertised as not working so i doubt its fixed itself on the journey here.

Im running mine on a dc adaptor and it sounds great great, not super loud but good quality to at least half volume. been listening to rock and indy tracks though my ipod and seems to suit this music well. Ive not tried any heavy bass tracks yet.

Nice boxes these. Has it got a voltage selector on it, or, are you using a 110v adapter?

forgive me Lit im slow on the uptake tonight lad...brain is just fried.....i remember tandy selling sharp jammo aiwa phillips...stuff like that.....remember i bought a set of jammo GF 25 speakers from there big massive black things with 12"" woofers and horn tweeters.. they were priced at £250 which i thought was cheap until i realized that was each...not a pair
