Oh yeah, the the big X is also on my list! Nice score! How big is the difference compared to the normal 9494? Is it worth getting one?
deech - 2013-06-04 11:54
I think its not bigger the only difference is in the dust caps .
The -X model has chrome dustcaps and the others have black.
I think 9696 is bigger if i m not mistaken.

Nice I got the 12Watts version of the 9494. It sound very good, but it isn't an impressive powerful machine. Hope to find the 22Watts X version one day too

Its a nice big Sharp Brutus and Northerner !!
Didnt know 12 watts 9494 models existed .
I only knew about this version (22W),
Can you post a pic of it??
(oh now i understand sorry for that Michiel you did wanted me to compare with other versions of the 9494 But i dont have one and i thought the others
were 22w tbh and the only difference was the dustcaps.Sorry for that)
michiel - 2013-06-04 13:14
it's a little to dark to take pictures over here, but it's the most common version I think. I see them a lot on eBay germany..... There is also a 13 watts version. And the mighty 22 watts version. I don't know the exact details between the different version. But it says on the front of the box.... Maybe someone can explain us the differences between the versions of the 9494?
Edit: I thought you had the normal 9494 and got an extra 9494X haha..
deech - 2013-06-04 13:29
yep i got the 22w version !!!
lav.loo - 2013-06-04 13:54

Really??? You mean that the 12 watts version has the same output as the 22 watts version? Is it a marketing thing or what???
