Whilst I managed to pick up a Unisef a few weeks ago for a good price (compared to current eBay prices), what I really wanted was the real thing; a Lasonic! I always keep an eye out for them on the bay but they always go for far more than I can afford. Anyway, as luck would have it, I managed to win a Lasonic TRC-931 in Italy for less money than my Unisef!

It arrived on my doorstep yesterday in all its glory. It need a few parts but nothing I can't get hold of (I hope!) Unfortunately, I got back from work late last night, so haven't had a chance to test it out but I'm sure the neighbours will know when I do!

They look so similar don't they but I bet the Lasonic beats the Unisef hands down on sound quality.
