i once bought from a boot sale a small box (forget what it was lol)but it was dead when plugged in so i opened it up,only to find some dick head had cut all the speaker wires inside, and not cut them so i could easily re solder them down again!so in the end i had to re wire the whole speaker systemwhy do some people do this?whats their problem?that pioneer is an exellent example and its full marks for you for re wiring it and the pleasure is all yours to see it successfully running again-nice job and congratulations

Hey Deech! I was looking for some info on how to repair the decks on these Pioneer models when I encountered this old reply from you on this post from Baddboybill. I agree, it'd be nice to get your hands on one of these. It looks likes a 21, and you can tell, it's a nice size pair of speakers! The good thing about this one is that if it gets too loud you can just pull the cord and it goes silent in a second. You know, I am talking about the radio!

Wow!!
That's a great job Some right turkeys out there & one can only wonder why anyone thought that cutting the wires was a good idea???
I have never seen one of these before, is it a late 1970's model??
I've just bought a SK-606L which looks beautiful but the pixies have been inside & pretty much destroyed any chance of repairing her
Very satisfying to have your Pioneer all working again
