In very good condition, with auto reverse, AMSS, stereo wide, and a true line in with RCA inputs. The front seems to be clear with the red on the inside so it just gleams. Everything works bar the auto reverse in that it plays one side but not the other but who cares

Just so pretty and quality Sanyo sound and construction. Seems uncommon too as I struggled to find anything about it on the web. It's a Sanyo M7870L

minis are all lovely (by the way nice Sharp BlutM) but Sanyos are Sanyos I saw the 7870 on ebay once, but that's all I can say about this wonderful, fish-shaped eyes little beauty. Great find Si!

I was left with a Santa almost the same by a mate of mine yesterday... His one has twin cassette and is a very nice box

yeh I can find nothing about the 7870 but it is a beauty...I can't understate how RED this thing is, often they're a little dull and scuffed but this one the colour is under a thick clear glossy surface so is ridiculously red and a proper line in on a mini is pretty special...even the 7900 you have to press record, this you don't.

So I've got 3 lovely Sanyo minis now, this 7870, the lovely blue 7780 and my mini grail the 7900
