I just found one of these Pano-boom boxes with the common blown/dried up foam surrounds. Any suggestions on repairing or replacing. Can someone tell me how to take the speakers out?

might want to try these.. higher ohm rating but should fit..

would the higher ohms put more stress on to the amp, than the normal 4 ohms? 

the origionals in this are probably 1,5 ohm...8 ohm is way to much....would work but it would kill most of the power....just reafoam the origionals it's easy
